LIMITED WARRANTY, LIMITED REMEDY AND LIABILITY RELEASE
IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ ALL THE CONTENTS OF THIS FORM
PLEASE READ AND BE CERTAIN YOU UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS
OF SIGNING
LIMITED WARRANTY
The AirSling product warranties and obligations set
forth below are in lieu of any other express warranties
or obligations of AirSling, its distributor’s
or retailers. The warranties and limitations extend
only to the original purchaser or to the person for
whom the AirSling was originally purchased.
AirSling, for a period of sixty (60) days from date
of purchase, will, at manufacturer’s option,
repair or replace at no charge any AirSling product
that breaks or is defective in materials or workmanship.
Damage due to misuse, abuse or modification is excluded,
as is normal wear, such as dings, etc.
Activities involving the use of the AirSling are by
their nature HAZARDOUS. Users of the AirSling therefore
assume the risk of bodily injury or death arising
from those activities. AirSling is not liable to users
or third parties for any incidental or consequential
damages, including damages for personal injury, beyond
the responsibility AirSling assumes for the replacement
or repair of its products subject to the conditions
set forth herein.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND USE
Under no circumstances should the AirSling be modified.
See AirSling manual for information. I hereby agree
to follow the following guidelines with regard to
use of the AirSling:
1) Never drive under bridges with the AirSling.
2) Never drive your boat with the AirSling in the
extended position while the AirSling is not in use
3) Never drive on the street or highway with the AirSling.
The AirSling must be removed from the boat prior to
transporting your boat.
4) Never bottom out your shock
STORAGE
Colors can fade when subjected to prolonged sunlight
exposure. THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Please
see owner’s manual for protecting your AirSling
and contact us at any time with questions regarding
any of our products.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY
During the warranty period, AirSling will, at its
option either repair or replace defective equipment.
To obtain, repair or have items replaced, call AirSling
customer service for a return authorization number.
Then attach your name, address, telephone number,
and description of problem and proof of purchase (for
example, a sales receipt or canceled check) to the
product. At your expense, ship or deliver the product
to the AirSling offices. CALL AIRSLING FOR THE SHIPPING
ADDRESS. Replaced or repaired items will be returned
to you at no charge.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long
a warranty lasts, and some states do not allow the
exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand and am aware that the use of AirSling
products involve HAZARDOUS activities an I understand
that water sports and the use of the AirSling involves
a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body.
I HEREBY AGREE TO FREELY AND EXPRESSLY ASSUME AND
ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR DEATH TO THE
USER OF THIS EQUIPMENT

I, do hereby affirm and acknowledge that I have been
fully informed of the inherent hazards and risks associated
with use of the AirSling I fully understand that these
risks can lead to severe injury and even loss of life.
I understand that use the AirSling product may be
conducted at a site that is remote and not in close
proximity to immediate medical assistance. Additionally,
I understand that there are also risks associated
with travel, including, but not limited to the possible
injury or loss of life as a result of a boat accident
as well as travel to and from boating sites. Despite
the potential hazards and dangers associated with
the activity using the AirSling, I wish to proceed
and freely accept and expressly assume all risks,
dangers and hazards that may arise from AirSling use
activities that could result in personal injury, loss
of life and property damage.
I agree that I will release AirSling, its distributors
and retailers from any and all responsibility or liability
for injuries or damages to the user of the AirSling
equipment I am purchasing, or to any other person.
I agree not to make a claim against or sue AirSling,
its distributors or retailers for injuries or damages
relating to use of the equipment, other than such
claims as are allowed by the limited warranty set
forth above.

I have carefully read this limited warranty, limited
remedy and release of liability and fully understand
its contents. I am aware that this is a release of
liability and a contract between myself and AirSling,
and its distributors and retailers, and I sign it
of my own free will.
